Laelith is a very large city where hundreds of thousands of inhabitants live. Far from everything, surrounded by high mountains and extinct volcanoes, framed by a large lake to the east and vertiginous cliffs to the west, it remains difficult to reach. However, it is a prosperous city, and people mainly come for three reasons: first for its ecumenism and the possibility for each pilgrim to inscribe his cult in the great Book of one of the four Elementary Temples; for its economic vitality then with the ability for a merchant to sell or buy just about anything the world can produce; finally for its opportunities, which every adventurer will try to exploit, for the fame and wealth they can bring him! But beware, like its tormented relief - a very large slope, a fault cutting the city in two, a subsoil full of dangers, a maze of labyrinthine alleys... - the Four times holy City conceals many unsuspected enigmas, multiple and twisted court intrigues, numerous frightening mysteries... all opportunities for an ambitious character to obtain the greatest glory... or the most pathetic death. | Laelith is a very large city where hundreds of thousands of inhabitants live.
